Survey Instructions
To take a survey, please mouse over the "Surveys" button at the top and select a survey from the drop down menu that appears.
All questions in a survey must be answered before hitting the submit button, or you will receive an error. If you do not want to answer a question, please type N/A or none in the box given.
These surveys exist to help me get an idea of where people stand with characters and events that have occurred in my books. The surveys are entirely optional, but the input it gives me is invaluable!
